October 2009 Haunted Hike	The old truck parked at the trail head looked like a real collector's item. We figured we'd have some interesting company at the shelter that night. Strangely, no one else was to be found there, but when we got back out to the trail head in the morning the truck was gone. We stopped at the first store to get coffee and someone mentioned to the clerk what a neat truck we'd seen. A Ford pickup? he said, a 49, with a dent in the gate? That's old Dupre's truck. His funeral was in 64 and that truck was sold for scrap! But sometimes, on a stormy night, people say they still . . .
